Mother Teresa devoted her entire life to serving the needy. She is known for her works of service and humanity. She also received several honors, including the 1962 Ramon Magsaysay Peace Prize and the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize.
Born in Skopje (now the capital of North Macedonia) and traveled to various countries to serve people all around the world. After living in Skopje for eighteen years, she moved to Ireland and then to India, where she lived for most of her life.
