Interesting Things About The Power of Now:

The author has used the question-answer pattern to explain the facts. He preaches some of the practices of Buddha and Jesus in a beautiful manner.

He explains nothing exists outside the now with a beautiful example of the moon.

Past and future have not the reality of their own. Just as the moon has no light of its own, but can only reflect the light of the sun, so are the past and future only pale reflections of the light, power, and reality of the eternal present. Their reality is “borrowed” from the Now.

Quotes From The Book:

“The moment you realize you are not present, you are present. Whenever you are able to observe your mind, you are no longer trapped in it. Another factor has come in, something that is not of the mind: the witnessing presence.”

“Love is a state of being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form.”

“You attract and manifest whatever corresponds to your inner state.”
